    I really enjoyed reading the book “12 self-discovery steps to a healthier you”. From the title I was expecting some simple steps to self improvement but what I got from it was so much more. Nishia is very personable in the book and weaves her own personal experience into each step so it feels like sitting in a coaching session and having a conversation with her. My favorite chapter is chapter 8. The exercise she does in this chapter is amazing and can truly change your perspective on life if you do it correctly. Overall, even if you’ve heard them before, the tips in this book are useful and will help you grow as a person while Learning more about the author in a relatable format. Would 100% recommend it.
